Online Purchases

Due to the nature of our products refunds will not be supplied unless the product is faulty. If you believe your product to be faulty, please email a copy of your receipt and a description of the product fault to info@essentialbeauty.com.au within 30 days from your purchase. Alternatively head over to our contact us form here. If a product is deemed faulty, a credit for the online store will be supplied.

Piercing jewellery product disclaimer

Please note that jewellery sold online is for established piercings only, jewellery is not autoclave sterilised and cannot be used for body piercing in salon.
