There are no refunds on prepaid treatment packages/series, and they are not transferable to other salons, for alternate services or for a different salon or individuals.
Prepaid treatment packages/series are valid for 12 months.
If you cancel a prepaid treatment less than 48 hours before the appointment time, then you will forfeit the payment and the service in that series. However, if the appointment is re-scheduled, the payment will not be forfeited.
In the event the salon cannot complete a service or services in your prepaid treatment package, we will direct you to an alternative salon to complete that service/s.

Essential Beauty aims to ensure that your personal information is being handled and maintained in accordance to the Australian Privacy Principles (the APPs) set out under Schedule 1 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
